Fused Olive Oils are created when the olives are cold-crushed together with the fruit, herbs, or vegetables to make the extra virgin olive oil, resulting in a deep melding of flavors. 

Infused Olive Oils have gone through a process of having complementary flavors added to cold-pressed olive oil after the extra virgin olive oil has been made.

Fused and Infused Olive Oils are delicious on a salad of fresh greens or a simple pasta toss. These oils also wonderfully complement red and white meats, seafood, and grilled, sauteed, or raw vegetables. They are an incredible accompaniment for bread dipping.
